I’m obsessed with craft beer, so interviewing the guys from Junkyard Brewing and Fargo Brewing Company for The Good Life Men’s Magazine was a dream gig. They take their work seriously, but they don’t take themselves seriously, so you never know what will come up in an interview.
When your subjects are game for discussing gnarly beards, beer brewing war stories (explosions, bullets…this is a dangerous job, it seems) and the historical figures they’d like to have a beer with, it’s always wise to shut up and just let them talk. I think the final cover story, The Great F-M Beer Battle, totally captures their personalities and manages to teach us all a little about beer as well.
